Rebecca Galfalvi, known by her stage name ‘Arulei’, is a British-Hungarian multi-instrumental looping artist, violinist and composer. She released her first solo album ‘Lost World’ in 2021 and her EP ‘Dream Cycles’ in 2023. She is now writing her next album set to release in 2025.

After many years of residing in her studio, she has decided to take her eclectic musical experience across a plethora of genres and musical cultures onto the stage, and combines the intimate experience of live music while incorporating many improvisational techniques, together with her solid compositional background.

Rebecca is also a passionate collaborator and has worked with many artists both as a performer and as a composer. She also writes music for film and won ‘Best Music’ at Around the Globe Film Festival for ‘Anxious Love’ by Kiya Mukherjee. Splitting her musical work between Budapest and the UK, you will have seen her perform at The Dome, Sziget Fesztival, Műveszetek Völgye, H.U.G & Fekete Zaj.
